25/11/2008	Submission of Special Session proposals Proposals on the organization of sessions about interesting topics or people included on the conference general topics may be mailed trough CONTRIBUTIONS/SPECIAL SESSIONS
1/12/2008	Special Session acceptance Special sessions will be published on IWANN's webpage. Authors willing to propose papers for any special session must follow the normal job sending procedure, stating explicitly the corresponding special session.
23/1/2009 30/01/2009	Submission of papers by Authors The format specified in CONTRIBUTIONS/AUTHOR INFORMATION must be used by authors in order to write their contributions. The procedure to hand in contributions is described in CONTRIBUTIONS/SUBMISSIONS
18/3/2009	Notification of provisional acceptance Information about the evaluation of the papers and suggested changes will be sent to authors before this date
26/3/2009	Submission of final papers Final versions of the accepted papers must be handed in by its authors before this date.
27/3/2009	Early registration (special rates) Attendants to the conference must register before this date to get special rates. At least one person must register per paper; otherwise that paper will not be included in the conference proceedings (LNCS, Springer Verlag) (see Section REGISTRATION).
10-12/6/2009	IWANN Conference The conference will take place from 10 to 12 June, 2009 in Salamanca (Spain).
